Lack of Sleep

My head aches. I think I really need sleep. I only had 5 hours of sleep last night. And I think it is not enough. I tried to nap at noon today, but hadn't slept much also. So maybe I have to sleep early tonight to eliminate this headache that I feel.

I did not open mylot last night. I did not wantch movie too. I was on my bed 7:00 o'clock but I think I have fallen asleep past 9 already

@magallon There was one Koreannovela I came across on TV one time and I viewed it for quite a time. It was about food. Another was was about kings and queens. I kind of liked their culture.

Sleeplessness is probably causing you restlessness and headache. Please also get your blood pressure checked up, headache could be due to blood pressure also. Please check this out, when you have time.

I had 4 hours of sleep last night and 3 hours the other night. I planned to take a nap this afternoon but when I woke up, it's almost 11 pm already and I forgot that I slept in the afternoon.
