The mighty mountain ranges in south Asia is a natural wonder which is just an epic view to see. A lot is yet to be discovered with many ancient artifacts and scripts discovered in the last century. Legends about the ancient city of shambhala were being discussed about during which there were a couple of expeditions to look for the same with no results because of the harsh weather.

I find things like this fascinating. My son and I learned in one of his classes about a rainforest that had not been explored and when they did so recently they found a lot of new species of planet and frogs and things.

There are a lot of species still there which are yet to be named as new species are being discovered everyday

I'm sure there are many things in the Himalayas that would surprise us. In other mountain ranges also. Because of the harsh weather, most of the mountainous regions have not been fully explored.

Oh yes be it the Alps or the Rocky Mountains...there will definitely be something massive hidden in them
