If your response was intelligent and well thought out, I would not beat you with a (virtual) big stick. If the opposite were true, I would not beat you with a stick, but I would be unhappy with your response. If you disagreed with my opinion, but your answer was still intelligent, I would still think it was a good response. I think some people on here get upset if you disagree with them, even politely, and offer your opinion.

I agree with Chewy, I would have to be beaten with a stick because someone didn't agre with me. But i really like the idea of the stick!!! Can I borrow it? I can't afford rent. LOL

I hate the dim-witted responses, too. The ones I hate most are those tell me that I don't belong on mylot b/c I complain of dim-witted responses. They deserve a beating with an industrial-sized stick- twice.

Looks like you might like to borrow the caber from the first response. But what can you do when there is money involved, and if you go absolutely flat out posting short rubbishy answers, make a good few dollars. Especially when a U.S. buck goes so far in some other countries? Whaaa, that was a long answer/question.

A good Example of a nice forum getting flooded by money mongers.

i have only been here about a week and i agree with you the quality of answers is very low indeed. Yet i feel because people seem to be paid by the number of responses they post it does seem to encourage one word answer
