My Most Unforgettable Experiences in Rearing My Babies.

I have five children. Two of them are twins. My husband was working abroad when they were babies. Rearing children is not a joke. For me, it is the hardest job that a woman could have. I have many experiences in rearing them and there are some which I really cannot forget. 1. I prepare the twin's milk while cuddling them in my both arms. I am right handed but I learned to cuddle a baby in my left arm when I had the twins. 2. I sleep many nights while sitting or slumping on the floor with one of the twins sleeping on my lap.I cannot put her to bed . She will surely be awakened and cannot sleep well.. The twins always had high fever when they were babies. 3. During times of brownouts or no electricity especially at night, I don't sleep. I just sit on bed with my back leaning on the wall and endlessly fanning my children. They cannot sleep without the electric fan on. 4.If they are awakened in wee hours, I have to cuddle them, dance them to sleep while my eyes close. I am too sleepy as well. 5. I cook and clean the house with the baby on my chest. Sometimes I use one hand in doing things. sometimes I use a baby carrier. I have one nanny during the day only. That is from 8 AM to 5 PM. Now that they are grown - ups, I cannot imagine how I did those things. I am just happy that I was able to raise them as healthy and good children.

Yes. It is a job which some mothers cannot do or don't want to do.

Being a mother and housewife is no easy task. It calls for lots of hard work and dedication. However seeing your children grow up and adopting whatever you taught them is the greatest satisfaction any parent can get.

You are right. Though there are times that they are stubborn, still i always understand them because they are my children.

So beautiful! You are truly blessed! I have a total of 6 kids (no twins) and I never experienced true unconditional love until I fell for those sweet little angels. One of mine is grown, two nearly, but my youngest is 8 months and it is so amazing. Do you have grandchildren? You get to do some of those things all over again, right? I can't wait for grandbabies. I hope that I get to babysit all the time! lol
