My husband on Tuesday night got an email saying that st our daughter's school the flu is going around like wild firer. They are disinfected everything every day after school to help keep down how many kids get it but if your Little's are sick or have the flu to keep them home. Ugh I hope she doesn't get it. I just want to put her in a plastic suite and send her to school but of course you can't do that.

I'm glad you have been able to avoid it. I have never had it and I don't even want it.

Well those parents who notice any type of symptom should keep their kid at home just in case.

All parents have been advised to keep sick or could possible sick at home but not all parents do so because of work and can't take time off or get a babysitter. Since I'm a stay at home mom I can keep my kids if they seem to sick or possible sick at home with me to avoid getting worse or passing it on to others till we see a doctor.

Never forget to give her vitamins everyday and make her eat plenty of fruits that's the only thing my mom keep us from being sick or caught a virus outside until now. God bless.

Vitamins don't keep people from getting sick. It can help lower risks but actual good hand washing which kids don't do well will help as well as a good immune system but typically little kids don't have good immune systems because they need to get sick to build it up.

Ohh.... The school must strictly ban the kids who are sick...till they're completely healed..so others don't suffer too

They can't do that. They can avises and send kids that are too sick home but once a kid is at school the school has to keep them till parents pick up or school lets out. Nurse will call and tell parents to keep kids home depending on what for how long and to not come back till they have a doctors note stating they are cleared if they are sent to school sick and go home sick.
