Getting Fit

Since I started working as a software consultant, i gained weight a lot. Before I starter, i am only 55 Kg, and after a year, my weight is now 66Kg and my body becomes bigger, not on muscles but on fat. :) Now, I have decided to work out, I am happy on my body right now but i don't want to be bigger so what I want to do is to maintain this body type and maybe I can get leaner or maybe ripped. Now, I am working out with my own pair of dumbbells that I bought and I am using it every other night before sleeping. I am working out 10-15 minutes using the dumbbells with cardio and weight exercises. I know this is not enough to get ripped but I know it is a good start. And releasing sweat by my workout helps me relieves stress.

It is good that you are aware you need to take care of this. No one really wants to be out of shape, but it certainly happens.
