It's not a secret that nowadays it's too difficult to stop using smartphones. We continuous checking social networking, correspondence, searching for information. Yes, smartphones became an irreplaceable thing these days and it's hard to find anyone without smartphone. But there should be a limits to everything. I think if you having any free minute just grab your smartphone, if meeting with friends can't raise your eyes off the phone, then you have a problem and it's time for concern.
Why smartphones have such traction? People not even think how much time they spend on smartphones. How to get rid of this addiction? How do you deal with this dependence?

As far as I'm concern it's a matter of regulating your time with regards to the use of your mobile phone or else you'll be a slave to it.
