They refused to changed her shift

The call center agent who is six month pregnant requested their office to change her shift to morning. But the agent refused and threatened to resign her after she refused to sign the waiver that will make the company liable for her safety. The threat was perfectly clear because she's a bread winner. Another incident before was a call center was groped but the guy was captured. The other before that was robbed and killed while it's mother grieving to restore death penalty. So, The women's organization Gabriela handed out a few pepper sprays to a few agents. This is why I resign a few years back and I'm a guy. Glad we have the commercial business now and some work here online. It gets more dangerous outside more recently.

This is just proof that criminality is still on the rise. Also, the pregnant call center agent who was harassed at work and declined to have her shift changed did good in leaving that office. She deserves better treatment.

Hello @hereandthere So, you work in the call center as well? wow okay. Back in the day there wasn't much of a day shift, it was always night shift.

Hello @pammooratan yes, it's not a joke working on that Job. I couldn't even last long over there despite of my training twice.
