How often you change your job? or how long the job you working longest in your career? Most people think changing job is adverse for development of professional career, and almost all of the personnel require employee to be loyal, if you change job a little frequent that means you may not get this job mostly.
For experience of myself, i think that is wrong, one company has one management method,so, when you touch and master the more types of the manament the better for your future work.

@Coldfront the skills and experience you acquired in one company can be put to greater use on the other company.

My current job is the same for the past two years. I won't be changing it any time soon, unless there's a better offer of course. I might someday grow tired of this job, so I'll probably switch for a new experience and workspace.
Changing job is fine but ones need to at least learn something before switching. It would provide some point to your resume.
