More Legislators favoring Death Penalty

Such bill had been in and out between the senate and congress but it never pass, life goes on. But it's different now when I tuned in and realized the vote was 215 Yes over 54 No. Most of those who were against it were conservatives, some siting their constituents doesn't agreed with it. Unfortunately, It's all BS. because there's just too many people involved in drugs and little money or facilities for the rehabilitation. Some who were arrested earlier last year went back to drugs again. I still think some of these so called conservatives have connections with drug traffickers and users. The last person executed was a father who raped his own daughter, finally admit it before the Lethal Injection.
