When you block someone or someone blocks you at myLot

When you block someone you cannot respond to their posts but you can see their posts and even report if you wish to.
Likewise when someone blocks you they can see your posts but cannot respond or comment on your posts but they can report you.
Either can remove the block if they wish to.
Sometimes blocking is done due to a slip of the finger. When that happens you can ask help from the community to check that activity.
Is there anything else I have missed here?

It takes all sorts to make this world and myLot is no different. We should expect this here and not get unduly upset. If such a thing happened in our real world there would be indeed cause for worry.

We have been provided with that facility and whosoever wants to use it they are free to do so. Why make them feel bad and talk about ti (lol)

If you block, and then unblocking, someone accidentally, you also remove yourself from that person's list of people whom they are following - so they will no longer see your posts in their "Their Discussions" list. Just so you know...

No. You have this wrong!
** I just blocked you and I certainly CAN respond to your post (but you won't be able to see it until I unblock you!).
** Your first two sentences say the same thing. I think you must have meant the second sentence to say:
"Likewise when someone blocks you, you can see their posts but cannot respond or comment on them but youcan report them."
Actually, even that is not quite correct because, though you will be able to see their discussions, you won't be able to see [many of] their responses and comments.
** Only the person who has done the blocking can remove the block! (Admin is able to, of course, but in order to do so, he would have to log in as the person who has done the blocking).

@allknowing Both statements are correct.
If someone has blocked you, they can respond to your posts but you cannot see the response (or any comments left below that response).

@owlwings If someone has blocked me I cannot respond to their post. But I can see their post. Is that wrong?
If I have blocked someone they can see my post but cannot respond. Am I wrong here too?
