A photo actually becomes beautiful only when it has some meaning I mean a story behind. When photo is without any meaning we like it but if it is meaninglfull we love the pic!!

yes, I believe a photo that touches someones heart is more meaningful. However it may be that the photo just reminds you of a memory. It may not actually be a photo you took or know the story about. but maybe a photo of a place that you have fond memories of.
