How much do you use your smartphone?

I have a co-worker who, with the exception of working hours, lives with the cell phone in his hand (it's like an extension of his arm... I know, it's so creepy to think like this). A lot of colleagues have already talked to him about this. He is aware of the problem, but he says he can not avoid addiction (and he refuses to seek treatment). Looking from the outside, may be a superficial situation ... but it is something very serious. Are you a smartphone addicted? What do you think about it?

If we have to stay up late, fixing on it like me now, it's no go, I'm afraid.

I use a lot of my smartphone. I depend on it so much. But I still will avoid it sometimes because it is very sick to hold and face it all the time
