It's been a week

Last weekend, I hand washed all my dishes instead of using the dishwasher. Mainly due to not dirtying enough in a 24 hour period to warrant it's use.
Then as my week started, I decided to see how well I could keep up with hand washing my dishes. I have been quite successful, and my kitchen has stayed tidier as well.
I am planning on sticking to this for at least a month, maybe more. Let's see if this helps motivate me to stay on top of more household things. As well I am curious as to the impact of the household bills.

We don't have a dishwasher. I have never really used one either. I am used to hand washing dishes. xD

I am trying to do dishes twice a day, so there isn't quite so much at once.

Aside from the 2 years in our first apartment, there has been a dishwasher where I have lived since I was a teen. I have grown to rely on it. I am trying to change that.

I have never owned a dish washer. I have always washed all my dishes by hand. Well my fiance washed most of the dishes which it alright with me!!
