Reproduction, a thing of the past?

I'm wondering, if so many people are getting divorced and so many celebrities like comedians are openly and happily talking about their marriages failing, will marriage eventually be a story for children and as a result, will the lack of commitment to home keeping result in us having clones made that are raised in boarding schools? After all, isn't the whole point of reproduction to leave a piece of you and your ancestors behind? So if you can do that without having to sacrifice your emotions, body, time and resources to others then wouldn't it make sense that society might one day accept this kind of life?

That is so true. If people aren't sure of their relationship, they should not reproduce. Parents getting separated has a bad influence on children and it affects the building up of their personality.

It also affects society, children with issues and little or no parental guidance are most likely to create problems for others. At thenend of the day, we are all products of our parents.
