Here's a post a run discussion, but most of you know I'll be back later for what else do I have to do with my time until I'm strong enough to get more done?
Last week a business called and asked us to clean their entry windows each Saturday for the next six weeks. Basically, until the Saturday following the date American citizens need to have their taxes completed. After that it will change to cleaning them on a monthly basis.
I can't do the work because I'm not only on short-term disability, but also because it's only been 14 days after my knee surgery and it's highly NOT recommended. Plus I don't currently have a vehicle and I CAN'T drive until cleared. The gal we employed last summer and several years ago will do the work instead of me. I'm staying in her car while she works. She has her own vehicle. I'm not sure how I'll do getting into her car since I've developed a way to get into my husband's but not hers as yet. If nothing else, I figure I can sit on her back seat with my surgical leg on the bench part of the seat.
*(edit after work done): Actually it was easier getting into her car so that part was good. It's just hard to sit in a car for too long since I can't bring my left leg back toward the seat. It's just uncomfortable all around. Maybe this next week with doing more exercises I can improve my flexability.
This job should take about an hour other than the colder weather. There are only two doors and two smaller windows on the outside, everything else is in between the entry and then three near the receptionist desk.
I've been trying to get my notifications caught up since after surgery and not doing very well. Actually, I'm almost up to March 6th, so at least I'm not so far behind that I will lose the ones falling off the page. Last night I got down to 82 and this morning I'm back up to 101, but certainly keep them coming, lol. I'd like to make my rounds again to new posts, but I'd like to do both. We'll see how well I'll do when I return.
I still have loads to share one day about my surgery and things I've learned and how I've done. I have exercises to send out to my daughter and to IZ and much more, but those don't need to be done today.

I was a bit leery up to the day of, but it went really, really well. Better than I was hoping for. I have relatively no pain, but I can't promise that to anyone else. I did work my brain and pray too that what I'd heard from people with fantastic results would be that way for me too. The only time I have discomfort is when I first get up on my foot and it's my ankle that's the problem not my knee. My ankle began swelling last weekend. I also have some pain on my lower shin and there's a reason for that too.
I have much to share about my surgery because many here are wondering since they need the surgery too. I not only had full knee replacement surgery on my left knee, but they also had to do a bit of extra cutting since my lower leg was growing crooked. Obviously, it's no longer growing, but somewhere along the way it began to shift to the left and should be back to where it belongs now. Even with the extra work, my knee doesn't hurt from the surgery itself. I'm massaging it to minimize too much scar tissue and that makes it ache and pt makes things ache. I will be sharing hopefully before the end of the month is over.

@CRK109 Much better than before. I found out sections of the leg will swell after sessions of PT, but at least I'll be able to walk normally again.

@marlina That's okay. I do that when reading posts all the time. And I mean all the time. I see typos easily but miss meaning just as easily sometimes.
I did change my most recent comment to take out the part I wanted you to see. I was concerned you'd be concerned for my welfare.
I'm actually not planning on washing any windows until at least toward the end of April if not even into May. I'll need to go with my crew because sometimes they either miss something while working or misunderstand what the customer expects. I'll probably either visit with the customers, do something on my tablet or reteach my employees on technique. IF I do any windows at that time it will only be on the inside of their homes and probably I won't have the stamina to stand for that long of time yet anyway.
Have a good rest of your day.

Marie. @marlina I can't do it not only because it's too soon after surgery but I might not get my short-term disability pay if they were to see me work. I didn't work this morning. I stayed in her car which was hard enough on my leg. Not the best position in the world unless you have good flexibility which I don't have back yet on that leg.
I reworded part of my post to make that plainer.

I didn't do any of the work at all, I left that to my one employee. I sat in her car and waited and that was very hard because the angles don't match up for me to prop my leg there very easily. I thought about getting out of the car after we'd been there a bit but that takes work too and I need someone near me in case I misstep or something else.
New picture coming up in a minute.
