Insomnia because of recreational use of weed?

Having some trouble sleeping. Wondering if insomnia can be a negative effect from my recreational use of weed :) anyone have any experience? Im 21 and smoke daily. Have had troubles before but didnt smoke then..

I've never partook, but would imagine it's a possibility that it's interfering. Hope that you figure it out.

If you are smoking a sativa, it's possible. If you are smoking an indica, it should help you sleep.

Tbh weed helps me sleep maybe you're not smoking enough sativa too much indica
