hi everyone,i wanted talk about cumin which we add in our dishes to make them more tastier. it has many benefits among which my fav is weight loss. it has cooling effect in our body.it helps to improve digestion .so suppose we went to party and ate alot have this cumin water after .it flushes out all toxins. it is used to treat various diseases like constipation ,cold,bronchitis, and many more benefits . so how to use it for weight loss. this is how personally i use. 2 tsp-cumin seeds 1 teaspoon -honey 1/2 teaspoon -grated ginger 1 teaspoon -lemon juice. METHOD: soak cumin seeds in water overnight then in morning boil it in 300 ml water for five minutes. then lower the flame and add ginger to it.let it be for 2-3 minutes . take a mug add 50 ml of this water then add honey and lemon .drink lukewarm, four times a day following same method .
