What kind of cooking oil do you like ?

We know many kinds of cooking oils .What is your cooking oil for your favorite foods.I usually cook foods use higher temperatures oil.Coconut oil is good for cooking oil and we can get many benefits from it.When i make salads i use to mix oliver oil.It good health for body and taste so delicious.What about you for your cooking oil ?

I love Extra Virgin Olive oil too. I put it for my salads and some foods. I like corn oil too.Depend on the different food .

I don't know what kind of oil we are buying in the market. It only said cooking oil. But if given the chance I prefer the olive or vegetable oil.
