Mail Trucks need REAR Security CAMS in case they are being followed by a porch pirate!

Rear Bumper Cameras on the backs of all delivery trucks that transport ground packages to residents should be required as mandatory by State legislature.
Why? Because of the frequency of numbers of thieves or PORCH PIRATES who follow close behind trucks like these and do so only because they are looking for a residence receiving a ground delivery of a package to their front porch that are obviously NOT HOME at present!
To put an end to the very frequent instances of such crimes the following article proves to be a good one:

And it would clear up many legal questions as to who's fault it was when a package was stolen from either the delivery truck or if a suspect vehicle should be reported to law enforcement in case they were being followed or shadowed by unsavory types, who were looking for an easy target at a home or even a business.
