Who Stole the Cookies From the Cookie Jar?

Okay, I'm feeling a little bit surly this morning. Who stole the cookies from the cookie jar? Was it Elmo? No, he was busy with Kermit making some green pudding. How about Cookie Monster? No, he was in Baltimore competing in a cookie eating contest. I know, it was Big Bird. Sorry, Big Bird only likes cookies laced with bird seed. Who did it? Ah ha, I have found the culprit. It was Bert. He stole the cookies. He gave them to his pal Ernie. Oh well, that's life on Sesame Street. The Count just wants to say, "That's one, no make that two, ah three cookies."

No, it was really Oscar, who was grouchy because nobody offered him any of the cookies, which is why he framed Bert and Ernie by sprinkling cookie crumbs around their house.
