Do you read newspapers carefully, or just scan for eye-catching news?

I just scan for important news, and attracting headlines. Only few seniors can spend all morning to read through each and every page to kill the time. I suppose most will leave unread most part of the newspaper. Do you agree?

I scan some news, check others online. I "kill" time reading books, writing, visiting or inviting. Anyway, I don´t often buy paper newspaper anymore. Everything is easier online.

Yes, people very often read online. Newspapers has less subscriptions, with only some seniors as their faithful readers.

@zhuhuifen46 I remember my grandma was very interested in the obituaries. I´m more interested in the people alive.

First eye-catching news and then a reading between the lines.

Today I seldom will read the newspaper because the online news is faster and it can be in more details. So if I really have to read the newspaper, be sure I will just scan it and read the interesting news for me.

I only scan the paper, but if there's an interesting article I'll stop and read it.
