that all depends on the person really. Weight training is pretty good.

yoga can really strengthen u a lot build u muscles improves u concentration ,,, well should definitey try it ..... tc

If you are looking for something that will make you feel good in both body and mind I would think any type of exercising would help you. When you exercise no matter what kind you do I would think it would help you feel better about yourself.
