How to adjust to your office mate?

I have a friend that his problem is her office mate. it's hard for him to adjust that kind of situation even though your work is easy but the people around you is not good.

This type of problem happens sometime in office buts its better to workout the problme and make healthy environment and try to avoid what other are saying.

I don't adjust to my officemate. Instead, I usually adjust to my job.

Maybe ignoring his workmates will do if he can so that he will not be affected. That is usual to workplace. He has to adopt with every situation.

@clay It's easy to say that. But he tried everything he could but it's deeper and deeper. Maybe the best way is to resign and get another job.:)

urrggh.. that's the most challenging part in a workplace. Productivity could be affected if you and your workmate doesn't have that work harmony.
