Hello Everyone, Here I have something to discuss with you all. The present job industry worldwide is no better and even going down the graph. I feel that people who looses job with question mark on their capability, there I have to say something. Most of the jobs are given after some long round of interviews and tests. So if they could have qualify for that, then why is it that later they are slashed for incapable of work. What do you guys think?

I think they were fired because they did not do their job right.

What they says while making them fired, that they aren't eligible for doing this kind of job and so on. But it was the employers who interviewed tham and thought them to be fit for the job and so kept them for work.

There are many ways where interviews only test people for their intellectuality. People may say that they have this and that skills. But only when they start working do you come to know about their capabilities

@subhajitsil6 yes that's true that they are able to prove their skills during the interviews but maybe when they start doing the job they find that they just can't cope. I feel that people should be given proper training and support too. Maybe lack of those can account for the reasons of their failures.

I agree, but won't you agree with me on this part that after interview often tests are taken where they get to prove the skills which they say they have.

@Nawsheen It is true that a proper training might help them.

If a person selected for job after series of tests and interviews then he/she should not throw away in the name of incapability. Instead company can provide proper training to them and make them capable for the work. I have no idea whether the company has any secret mission

Some works are contractual and ended up after few months, that maybe some of the reason's.

But I am not speaking about that here anyways. I am telling that some people get fired with the context they are incapable of the job. Why is it done? If the project is still on, they are getting this message.

@subhajitsil6 I got your point. Maybe they get fired for not doing their job well as Judy said.

@shantalclay May be. But blaming them with incapability is not the right thing what the employers are doing this day. If they are not doing their job properly they cannot be blamed with incapability. They are capable but they are not using their 100 percent resource.
