What job would you like to do for your whole life?

If I am going to have the chance, I would love to work as a volunteer for the rest of my life. I know it is possible. The reason, I am still connected to an international NGO. I can just inform them to activate my file and wait for the next mission abroad. I had stopped to do volunteering because I am still young and need to explore other things. A volunteer is a noble job and can help other people. It is a selfless act and priceless. As it was described that volunteer is a miracle job. How about you, guys? Image Credit: pixabay.com

That's a very nice thought for you to be a volunteer. If possible, I like to be a painter because painting is one of my hobbies. I think that will be a career I will enjoy. But as you know, it is not practical. It is hard to be a real painter. Even if you are a professional painter, it is likely that your paintings to be famous after you are gone So painters will have a hard time to make a living.

@Shavkat I don't really think so. Look at those painters in the past, they barely made a living by painting. Perhaps it is the same for the composers.

If you are the best painter, then it would not be hard to sell your masterpiece. On the other hand, it is not always that way. I do think it is not practical in your country. China is starting to be progressive.

That's nice. I think our profession in a medical field will always stay with us.

@ridingbet Financially? I think it is not that enough. That's the reason why I give up working in the hospital.

@Shavkat it is also rewarding because the professions we chose, like us and do not give us heartaches but financially though.

That and going to school the rest of my life would be ideal. Especially since I'd be able to keep writing.

I think volunteering is a wonderful way to go if you are wealthy and don't need a paying job.

I think it is possible, my friend. The international NGO will give you allowance during the course of your mission. If you don't want to continue the mission, they will give you a certain amount of money to start your life again. I am connected to UK-Based Organization.

I would like to run a home with beautiful rooms, grounds and learning facilities, for women who are victims of spousal abuse - and their children.
