Procrastination or five hours of sleep

So i only got five hours of sleep last night, and as a result i havent done much of anything productive today. I feel bad but on the other hand my lack of sleep is definitely caused by stress from doing too much. So maybe i need a day to relax? I cant decide if i want to push through it and get something done or call it a day early and relax, maybe take a nap.

I find it very difficult to fall asleep at night. And when i wake up in the morning i am so drained. And at work i feel like sleeping the whole day. And then when i am back to bed at night i just cant get to sleep agaim

If you have been doing too much lately you probably do need some rest. It's always good to take care of ourselves.

Definitely. I ended up napping and reading a book, which was lovely.

It is always good to relax after a stressful time. Let yourself recharge your batteries
