Women aren't always the Victim

Looking back on discussions I've had in the past few hours, I realize I have been really tough on men. Some men have been kind enough to share their experiences of times women have mistreated them. Ladies, it may be hard for us to believe but not always are we the victim. We can be just as inconsiderate sometimes. We all need to try our best and respect each other.

These are very rare cases. Most of the times women are great sufferers. In the country like India, we have got men who are not matured in their minds. Even the employers are not matured and only treat women as a doll to hire and fire

That is true. I think society is just tuned to believe that women are the victims, because they are usually physically weaker than men, but really both men and women can be guilty.
