Hello All, From the past couple of weeks I am facing bumps on my arms which are very embarrasing. I cant wear sleeveless clothes and after some research found out that it is keratosis pilaris which is common but has no permanent cure. Anyone who has faced it before or know remedy to get rid of them. Any suggestions will be highly appreciable.

Consult a doctor. But as you said it is no curable you can just try to make it smooth - Try soap that has added oil or fat. Use thick moisturizers generously on the skin. Add moisture to the air in your home with a humidifier.

I do these regularly except using humidifier as I stay in Mumbai which is a sea facing city and weather is already extremely humid here this time around.

I understand how humiliating it could have been at times. But, what could be done? But I don't think this is something which is incurable, though I haven't faced this issue ever, but I know that this is very vey common.
