Songs of my Childhood #1: Hand in My Pocket

This song is by the much hated Alanis Morisette from her mid nintties album Jagged Little Pill. I can remember listening to this song at various points during my childhood and teenage years and then rediscovering at in my early twenties and falling in love with it again. I know that Morisette gets a lot of hatred and flack for her music, choices and just for being her in general, but I love the vast majority of the songs on this cd, and this just happens to be one of my favorites. One of my favorite lines of the song is "What it all boils down to, is nobody has it all figured out quite yet."

I do like that song, although I'm not too crazy about her.
