Power Rangers movie surprise hit in the box office

The studios heads at Lionsgate must be happy that despite the negative reviews of the super hero movie "Power Rangers", the movie came in second place in the box office data for this weekend. Lionsgate is hoping to make five sequels of the television franchise that was popular during the 1990s. The complaints of the Power Rangers movie was that one of the characters is a lesbian which did not prevent the average fan of supporting the movie franchise. The updated version of the movie did not impress me since one of the female characters told her relative she was a super hero, her relative told her to take a drug test. As actor George Lazenby would say in the James Bond 007 movie "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" movie, "This never happens to that other fella."
