Odd again tummy upset after eating
but hope iot goes away fast.Nauseated'

I was not very hungry and that plateful
of spaghetti sort of made me gag. I
could be having stomach fly of course.Very
warm here chis evening needed something
much lighter.I wish I had not eaten it at all.
Hope this goes away fast.'

You might also have food poisoning. Don't they give you options for dinner? Surely they can't expect the whole of the people there to eat spaghetti, which really isn't the best for daibetics anyway because of the sauce. Could you of gotten a salad or something?
