I'm not dependent on the money I get from here, so I'm not sure how much you can make. (I'm lucky if I get about $5 every two months.)
Another reason I'm not sure is that they don't "do wages" 
no 'cents per word' or 'dollars per page.'

Just interact with people. The more you interact and have conversations with people the more you can make. Posting a lot of discussions won't make you a lot unless it is an interesting topic and people want to discuss it. Don't be one of those people on here that post a lot of one sentence or one question post because that won't start a discussion at all.
