Ensure Does The Body Good

My fiance' and I picked up a case of Ensure. He drinks it because he does not weigh very much. I drink them in the morning when I wake up being a type 2 diabetic. When my sugars go low in the mornings, I have a hard time waking up. The ensure helps me wake up and feel good. I don't drink them every day. Only the mornings when I get up early to do something and feel crappy.
Do you drink ensure or know someone else does?

My grandmother and her brother drink them. Because they're in their 70s and thin.

Yes, I used to drink boost everyday when I worked so much at the rental houses, I still will when I start in the garden.
The doctor put Tony on ensure 2 a day while he was sick, he drinks them sometimes now but he did everyday for 5 months. Those coupons came in handy!

Where do you find coupons for them? I have not seen any. But then again I also never hunted for them either. That could be why.
