Not getting FAT-DOWN in spite of Exercises

We regularly to exercise and yoga to burn down the body fat to keep ourselves fit. To have a good and comfortable life both physically and mentally. She was going to the Gym and doing all types of exercises meant for burning the fat in the body and was unable to get any result and develop disinterest in going to the Gym. Why she became a non-responder? Of course, she is not the only lady who became non-responder. There are many who suffer from this problem leaving a hope totally on the exercise. But, a small study conducted by the American Council on Exercise, the solution for this non-responders lies in taking up is a combination of Cardio, resistance training, and functioning training. Running, jogging, moving fast, rope jumping, all come under Cardio category. These exercises not only help in losing weight but also burn down fat. They are good for heart, lungs and blood circulation in the body. A moderate amount of Cardio will keep you healthier and light. The resistance training includes weightlifting, working with dumb bells, These exercises help burn more fat in the muscles and the result being weight loss. These exercises also help maintain and gain muscle mass and bone mass if done under a professional expert. Functional training includes small and routine exercises like bending the knees, arms exercises, twisting exercises etc., which make your body movement quite flexible for the regular routine domestic work. For non-responders, though these exercises do not show result immediately, their inclusion in the list becomes inevitable as these are the exercises meant for giving final shape to the overall result. Make a Weekly plan and do this pack of exercises with confidence and positive mind to get quick results. Nothing is impossible.
