Strange Sight (to me anyway)

It has been pouring down raining all night long.
And still raining now, at 10:16 AM EST
I looked out the window to see how hard it was actually raining or did it just sound that way hitting the roof.
Nope it was unfortunatley pouring just as hard as it sounded. This does not feel good on my joints and bones 
However when I looked out the window I saw something strange to me anyway,there were two blackbirds flying very low in the rain. They were about three feet from the ground. And when I researched the birds I found out that they like the rain They must not have arthritis

Maybe that's one reason they like it here so much. I've never seen so many crows!
And yes, the drizzle we're having today is doing my joints no favors today. I feel you on that.

@VirginiaLee Not sure, around here we just always called them black birds. I looked up this black bird in this county, see the pic
