Blocked By Facebook Again

I wrote a recipe on my blog today. I started sharing it on my social media. I went to Facebook to access my groups. I was suddenly logged out and had to create a new password to log back in. I logged back in. I clicked on Groups but got the 404 error. I started accessing my groups through the shortcuts. When I tried to submit a post, I received a message saying I am blocked til Monday at a certain time from posting or commenting in Facebook groups. No reason why was given.
Well, I don't normally blog or access Facebook groups on the weekend. But the ones I admin in the buy, sell or trade groups. As I moderator all posts going through and new members.
Have you been blocked on Facebook from doing something? I am not asking about being blocked by a friend or person. As I know that routinely happens to many people.
Did you know why you were blocked? How long did you being blocked by facebook last?

I got blocked for a few hours from posting links. Okay, I may have been blocked for other stuff as well, but as that's the only thing I do on Facebook, I wouldn't know about anything else. I don't know why I was blocked; there was nothing wrong with the links. Maybe Facebook didn't like only being used for promoting my own stuff on other sites.

I quit a few games and stopped my subscriptions to a Facebook game. I think they are mad because they are not going to get money from for games anymore. Right after is when I was logged out and blocked from posting in groups. As I was trying to leave all my game groups.

I didn't do anything against the rules. I went to groups that allow sharing on a blog link. Facebook allows that.

@rusty2rusty It was just a suggestion. I don't know why FB would block your access. Hope you get it back soon.

I am glad he has never been blocked. I have been noticing many people are getting blocked on Facebook in my timeline.As they make a post about it.

@computerguy1980 I have blocked a few people. Normally from men who hit on me. Since I am in a relationship I am not looking for anything like that.

I've been blocked when I was adding friends from other countries. I think it took 30days. But since I stopped adding people and joining/posting on Facebook groups I had no problem. I am only sharing links on my Facebook timeline and pages this time.
