My time with a masseuse

Years ago I suffered with bursitis and had lots of pain from lifting patients in the nursing home. Another nurse worked a second job as a masseuse and she plied her expertise on me.
I must tell you that it hurt beyond anything I could imagine. It was a deep tissue massage. It was awful and I begged her to stop, laughing and crying from the pain.
I have to say that when she finally got done I felt relieved once I quit hurting.
I got this idea of a post from someone else who sparked a memory from it. The post is personal to me from 20 years ago.

It feels good when it quits hurting. The pressure to the joints hurts really bad, but when the massage is done you feel better.

Yes, researching and doing it right can save lots of money when physical therapy is needed.
