Do you like competitive exams or aptitude?

I actually don’t understand what connection does writing aptitude has got with getting a job. Every one whether it is a software, MNC job or government jobs ask us to clear the first round of aptitude. The one’s who clear gets to go ahead and the others had to think they don’t have it in them to get selected or they have a poor luck. Even I am not able to pass this test. So even I had the same thought, until that someone made me understand why it was important to write these kind of tests. This tells about us, how we think, how fast we decide on things. It lets the interviewer know how intellect we are. So I guess I have to work hard on it and get a job (that my family wants), still I don’t like it.
