Will Russia start World war 3 ?

I know there are lot of conspiracy theories going on about the world war 3 , there are many contributing factors which lead to world war 3 , but due to recent developments i personally think Russia may start it . What do yo think ?

I don't know..my money is on North Korea personally, but probably someone could snuff them out easily enough. It would be terrible for the innoccents there however.

Yea , Kim jong Un is a worst dictator after Hitler , He is a monster . I wish USA would take him out just like they took out Osama
