I have a swollen eye and heat boils

My body has heated up , and due to this i have heat boils and it is quite painful . I have a puffy eye lid , trying everything to cool myself out . I do drink lot of water , i have showed to my doctor also , they have given me tablets , what do think is the best home remedy for heat boils ?
