Stay balanced

            Have you ever  thought of beating Stress by breaking down your schedule into smaller and better manageable slots?  I have learnt something of this from a recent amazing training programme Believe me,it works.
This  way our memory stays more alert,without overload.You dont stay anxious all the time.In the process,one avoids comparing situations, of heavy work,or less work etc and in this way, getting hassled.,by seeking Happiness.on a minute to  minute basis.
Happiness that comes on a wholesome basis,lasts longer,than momentary thrills,helps one stay better balanced.,i realised.
