discussion automatically gets deleted

What is the reason behind the discussions getting deleted automatically?

There is no 'automatic' deletion of any discussions here. If a discussion is deleted, it is deleted by a person after the discussion was reviewed by a member of the Admin team here and found to be in some type of violation of the guidelines.
