Marsha's Log: OMG! The Sky is Blue Today

Sigh.....it's rained every day since March 25th!! Some times downpours and other times just a steady fall.
Yesterday it was a heavier downfall for over 24 hours!!
Monday there was a break in the rain and the sun came out, and it warmed up a bit, for me to be able to get my laundry out.
I can not say how happy I was to get up this morning to a blue sky. It's really windy out there, but at least no stinking rain...we most certainly need a break from those dreary days. Again today I have laundry out on the line even though it's only in the 50's outside.

As much as I whine and moan about the endless blue skies here in Hell (Arizona), I would also dislike rain every day! We had about 4 days of overcast weather last month and I enjoyed the first few days then it was kind of old. I really do need variety. I love the weather in the Midwest, it's perfect and keeps me happy.
The weather here is getting hotter and hotter but still bearable. Sunny skies although we have been gifted with some clouds occasionally. It's been breezy, which I like--people here call it "windy" if the breeze is over 5 MPH and they put out wind warnings, OMG I can't believe these people, every day that's not dry and sunny with deathly still air is "bad" weather and potentially dangerous.

Yesterday we had stormy weather but today it's sunny and hot. I would rather the rain and storms to be honest.

Two days ago it was sunny. Yesterday it was raining most the day. And today its a little sunny.

It has been spring really. Very spring.
Rain, not too cold but not hot either.

WE've had several days of overcast and rain and then an odd day here and there with blue skies and no clouds in sight. We've had a lot of wind lately and it seems more wind than we had last month. This weekend will be the best we've had yet with temps into the seventies tomorrow.
I've not put clothes on the line since I was in my twenties. We have a yard here, but no lines to hang anything one and usually I'm pretty busy working both jobs by now to even bother.
