drinking too much water not good

it's only this week that i learned about it. it strips of your body of minerals.. and i thought that water is the safest of all.

my husband was recently diagnosed with leukemia, so, taking oral chemo, he drank lots of water. around 20 glasses. when his urologist learned about that, he said, too much is not good, so i researched it on the net, and saw some others. in short, anything in excess is not good..

Our bodies need a fair amount of water everyday - we can live for a longer time without food -- but not water. We can get dehydrated and die. Water is essential
