Is India Safe

I may be faced with certain people's hatred but I am flabbergasted to read these news of people lynching other people because they are transporting cow. What is the difference between terrorism and these men? In fact if these guys are not punished isnt this a failure on the part of the government. Isnt this state sponsored terrorism ? Is India safe ? What is the legal sanctity of these gow rakshaks ?

These people are members of the party and organizations of which the present government is made of. Can we expect the government to take action on them? Some ministers have even been supporting these lynchers.

I am confused what is the difference between terrorist and them . It is nothing to do with the religion. It is how this act will be seen by the government.
