Might Not be on Here Much

I might not be on here much any more. Most of my MyLot time is spent at work on breaks and lunch, and they are changing my workstation around to make it a lot less convenient to sit at the computer. I'll find out today when I go in if I can maneuver things around, but if not I won't be spending much time on the computer or MyLot. I have neck problems, so I can't sit crooked with my head turned at an angle for very long.
It's really a shame that they are so stupid. I think they are doing it on purpose to discourage me from using the computer for non-work related things, even though everybody else does it, and their official policy is OK with it as long as it's not excessive and doesn't interfere with work duties. I always get my work done, so they don't have to worry about that.

Maybe you are just the first one to have their work station moved around? I am sure they aren't just singling you out, surely?

Not necessarily singling me out, but the whole department. Actually I'm the second one. But I found out that it is actually the day shift woman that uses the same work bench, that wanted the new setup.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Yes, that would have been nice. Actually, I was TOLD to give my input, and I could have whatever I wanted, but it turns out they had already planned what they were going to do, and I just wasted my time.

@connierebel If more than one person uses the same work bench (even if in different shifts) should the entirety (the two of you) not confer together to have a set up that works best for them both? Compromise, I mean.
I don't think it's fair that the work bench was changed without your input. Especially, as you say, you have a bad neck (or was it back?)
Even if you don't need to use the computer a lot, you still have to use it...

I'll try to be on here when possible. Actually, the shelving isn't as wide as I thought it would be, so I was able to maneuver the monitor so I don't have to turn too much.

I was able to move the monitor a bit, so it's not too bad. I'll try to get on here as much as possible.
