Those who stay in houseboats in backwaters in Alleppey in Kerala, India for them different times of the day have different adjectives. The slow breeze in the evenings has soothing effect. The houseboats stops near mango trees. Visitors can buy the mangoes from the owners and enjoy the natural background.

But the summer will be horrible I am told. I visited Kerala during my Sabarimala tour. A great place.

Thanks Sivaji, yes it is humid in the summer. We visited in last week of May and early June, the southwest monsoon showed its first burst when I was in Kerala. Please continue commenting. I admire your comments.
