Can You Taste without Your Nose?

You might think that it is weird to taste certain food with the help of our nose. I am sure that most chefs use their nose in determining if the menu is seemingly delicious. The pleasant aroma of the food circulated in the kitchen department. The restaurants’ customers smell the best menu on their plate. If we tried to pinch our nose and close it, you can never determine the difference between foods such as having the same texture. Our taste buds will work synchronized with our nose. Would you agree? I think it is, my friend. Taste buds can able to determine the taste of the food but you cannot able to appreciate the aroma of the food.

@Shavkat my late mother told us that we still have to eat even though we cannot smell the aroma of the food. and even if we cannot taste the food, it is the nutrients that will eventually give us health.

@ridingbet I am sure that it is a bitter gourd. I don't like it before.

I think smelling food with your nose is good. Mine is stuffed up most of the time so I have to taste it to make sure it is fine.

Sometimes the food smells good, but it wasn't tasty in some cases.

I agree to it. In fact scientists had an experiment before. They clipped your nose so that you couldn't smell anything. And they fed you the food. The weird thing was you didn't have the taste for the food. If your eyes are close, you even don't know what you are eating If a dish smells good, it is likely to be a delicous food.

The nose plays a vital role in determining whether what we have cooked has turned out great.

I agree. It also increases our appetite to eat more.
