Is it beaches or hills?

Maya bay
India

I prefer going to beaches more than hills as they are so beautiful and it's always a pleasure to swim. On my last trip to Phuket I visited one of the most mesmerising beaches Maya bay. The beach is filled with white sands and surrounded by even astonishing mountains. If you have seen the movie THE BEACH which has LEONARDO DI CAPRIO in the lead then you should know it's the same beach where the movie was shot. Once there you don't feel like leaving ever. So what about you? Is it beaches or hills where your roaming heart wants to be?

Wow you got a beach so near to your house. That's such an amazing thing. You could go there anytime you want then.

Oh glad to hear that. I know beaches are the best thing in the world. You can swim, play in the water the whole day and never get tired. The picture is very colorful and you both look wonderful enjoying your day at the beach.

@Blushandglow It's just the best place for me but I don't mind going hiking on a hill once in awhile.

At this time of my life, I prefer beaches and, at that, beaches at the Caribbean. When I was younger, cities full of history atracted me.

One of my friend went to Bahamas for her honeymoon. She was totally awestruck by the beaches there. Mesmerising beauty is what she said. I am yet to see that beauty from my own eyes.

@marguicha I have heard it has few of the most beautiful beaches. I am very sure you will have a lot of fun there with your family.

Hills are good too. Only the road that leads to nice view is very dangerous and I kind of get all nauseous.

I always get nauseous on a hilly road. It's indeed adventurous and thrilling. Have done zip line and trekking on hills myself but the experience of travelling on the road to hills is extremely unpleasant.

Yeah that's totally true about beaches. One can just lie down on the sand and feel the water. It just feels happy.
